Automatic Abrasive Desludging System

The used abrasive is rinsed out the cutting tank by the automatic cleaning system.
- A high performance pump sucks out water and abrasive through a coarse filter out of the cutting tank.
- The abrasive deposits in BigBags, which weigh filled about 1 to.
- The second high performance pump delivers water, which is separated from the abrasive, through two flush heads back to the cutting tank.
- The system is controlled automatically via separate control. The Cleaning system turns on automatically during cutting with abrasive and after cutting it switches off automatically too.
If the BigBags are full, they are taken out of the cleaning system for drying and new BigBags have to be used. The abrasive can be disposed nearly dry or handed out to the supplier of abrasive for recycling.
