EasyCut - WaterJet Cutting Software

The worldwide and varied used software EasyCut is developed by Splines-Software. This application software is conceived especially for water jet cutting, flame cutting and plasma cutting. EasyCut enables creating and editing section boundaries and curves in a very easy way. It’s also easy to import geometrical shapes like circles, squares, rectangles or polygons that can be followed by reworking single section boundaries and curves (transfer of DXF or HPGL-files). After defining specific parameters for the optimized cut (cost/speed/quality), a single mouse click starts the creation and file transfer of the optimized CNC program to the Waterjet Cutting Machine.

EasyCut is a completely open system which works machine-independent, control-independent and CNC programming language independent! All specific parameters for controlling and generating the CNC program are stored in a fully editable configuration file. This ensures that EasyCut can be adapted to any kind of machine or control system! (for further information see the Download section for the documentation).

IGEMS R8

IGEMS Software has a long tradition in developing advanced CAD-, CAM-and NEST software solutions for Abrasive Waterjet-, Water- and Plasma cutting machines. IGEMS provides powerful tools for users that allow them to easily and quickly generate efficient CNC files that will optimize the cutting process and give a high quality finish. Configurable reports for the machine operator and sales tools for quotations will be automatically generated in order to maximize your production. IGEMS is a module based CAD/CAM/NEST system and offers a wide selection of add on modules. This will allow customers to select between the modules in order to find the best possible combination.

PACut
