Lower your operating costs and increase your profit. StM OneClean, the modular all-round system for recovery and cleaning of abrasive and water enables you to operate your waterjet cutting system even more sustainably.

The basic idea of StM to adapt waterjet‐cutting systems organically and modularly to the requirements of the customer in order to cut even more economically and efficiently as a result is apparent in all aspects of the OneClean system. The system can be put into operation with a small investment and expanded as required at any time.

Five modules related to one another enable the system to be adapted specifically to individual requirements. All modules of the OneClean-system are made up of high-quality branded components which StM helped to develop. A solid construction throughout together with a central frame of stainless steel and casing of aluminium guarantee maximum wear resistance and robustness.

The modules of the OneClean-system can be individually combined and supplemented – just the way you need for your requirements.
Thanks to the modern process visualization with touchscreen the operator is informed over all operations at glance.

Module 1: Hydro filter

The OneClean hydro filter is at the core of the StM OneClean module system. Using an electric pump with a high-wear-resistant coating the module pumps the water-abrasive mix out of the cutting tank and separates the used abrasive from the process water. Then water can subsequently be transported to the conduit with the OneClean pressure bag filter.

The hydro filter is switched automatically during the cutting with abrasive and back off again after the cutting process at the end of a short follow-up time.

The hydro filter separates abrasive from process water into a big bag. The collection container with the big bag can be pulled out of the mounting device cleanly with a forklift.

Module 2: Pressure bag filter

The pressure bag filter cleans the waste water or serves as a pumping station when the discharge is not located directly next to the waterjet cutting system.

For the cutting itself approx. 100 – 200 litres of water per hour are fed to the pressure bag filter depending on the high-pressure pump capacity. The pressure bag filter can be integrated in the OneClean system or else used as a stand-alone solution.

Module 3: Water treatment

Before installation of an StM system the water values are analysed and compared with the specifically developed stability index. In case of deviations high-pressure pump manufacturers recommend carrying out appropriate water treatment.

For the water treatment a water additive is admixed in exactly metered minimal quantities by dosing pump into the inlet water of the high-pressure pump thus bringing it into balance. The advantages are extended service lives for high-pressure seals and water nozzles.

The water cycle system cleans the process water so thoroughly that it can be unhesitatingly fed into the high-pressure pump again. The separation limit of less than 1 µm is achieved with the employed ultra-filtration.

There is an upstream cascade of sediment clarifiers and filters that are automatically cleaned and monitored by PLC. A water revitalisation rounds of the cleaning stage. Deployment of the water cycle system only requires the water to be replaced which has been lost through evaporation.
