For this purpose, you have a excellent trained Technical Support Team and an extensive customer service network. We advise and support you from the initial information to the development of new value creation potential fully and continuously. Personal consultation is our strength.
Outside business hours emergencies are cared for via a hotline. For technical problems, we help via telephone or remote diagnosis with the default preinstalled remote control software. If this is not sufficient, we send a technician within 24 hours. For quick-fixes our "Waterjet App" offers an effective support.

We demonstrate our waterjet systems during live operation in Eben as well as at international trade fairs. We can also organise special production presentations for your company upon request. We will prepare your personal test sample as well as a requirement-specific cost-benefit analysis for you in advance (preparation time 4 weeks).
